Payment

Shopping cart management and payment for orders are done through Paypal, a secure-payment service that is fast and free. A credit card such as Visa, Mastercard or American Express or a Paypal account is necessary.

SHIPPING & RETURNS

Deliveries normally take up to 7 business days within Canada, 10 business days for the United States. Orders placed on holidays or weekends will begin processing the next business day.


SHIPPING

  • For orders over $100, shipping is FREE within Continental USA and Canada (with the exception of AK, NT, YT, and NU, where additional shipping surcharges may be applied).
  • For orders under $100, shipping is a flat fee of $15 within Continental USA and Canada.  
  • P.O. boxes are not accepted as shipping addresses. 
  • We do not ship to Russia nor the Virgin Islands.
  • We do not ship to Military bases.
  • If the delivery cannot be completed and is returned to the sender, a $15 restocking fee will be deducted from the total refund.
  • If the recipient refuses delivery of their order for any reason, they will be responsible for re-shipping fees, duties & taxes.
  • Orders to locations in rural areas may be subject to additional fees. 
  • Please note that during peak sale periods such as Black Friday or Boxing Day, processing times may vary.
  • All warehouse sale or sample sale purchases are FINAL.


INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING/ DUTIES & TAXES

    • Duties, taxes and tariffs are subject to payment by the customer upon delivery. 
    • Shipping to European countries in covered shipping zones is a flat fee of $30 for all orders.
    • International orders (outside of North America) are not eligible for free shipping & returns. All shipping & duties costs are to be paid by the customer. To obtain an estimate of the total cost, please email info@melissanepton.com 
    • Duties are not eligible for refund. 


RETURNS & EXCHANGES

  • A $15 restocking fee per order (not per item) will be deducted from your total refund. 
  • All items discounted 60% or more are considered final sales
  • You have 30 days to decide whether or not to keep your purchase. 
  • If you would like to return or exchange an item, please email info@melissanepton.com and we will issue you a return authorization form along with a return shipping label and detailed instructions. 
  • Please provide the proof of purchase or your order number with your return or exchange requests. 
  • Please allow 14 business days from when the shipment arrives at our shipping facility for the package to cross the border and arrive in Montreal. 
  • A maximum of 2 exchanges per order will be accepted.
  • Items to be returned or exchanged must be clean, unworn, unwashed, unaltered, and undamaged with the original tags attached. 
  • We will refund shipping for any faulty item(s) returned to us that are clean and unused. We are unable to accept liability for an item until it is returned and has been confirmed as faulty and we will be unable to refund any shipping charges until the item(s) are confirmed as faulty.
  • Shipping charges are non-refundable.


PROMOTIONS POLICY

We offer our customers a price adjustment if the requirements below are met:

  • The item must have been purchased within the last 14 days
  • The item must still be available on our website in the style and size that you bought
  • Price adjustments can only be applied once per style
  • Offers and promotions cannot be combined.

If all the above criteria have been met, please email us at info@melissanepton.com your order number and a screenshot of the item and we will refund the difference onto the original method of payment.

Any items purchased from our independent stores can not be exchanged from us directly. Please contact the store you bought the item from for any exchange or refund requests.

Contact us as soon as possible by email (info@melissanepton.com) to facilitate the return process. Please include your name, order number and the reason of the return. Upon reception of a return label, you may return the merchandise.

 

Items cannot be returned if worn (except for fitting), damaged, or if labels have been removed. They must be returned in a suitable condition for resale.

Important: Our customer service department will reply to all requests within 3 business days with instructions about our returns and exchange policy.
