Why register?

Registering with us means that aside from being able to keep your favorites in memory, you won’t have to re-submit your shipping information for every transaction.  You will also have the option to subscribe to the newsletter, receive emails regarding events, sales, promotion codes, etc.


Before you check out, please be sure to select the right size.  We have added a size chart that helps you determine the size that fits you best. You’ll find the size chart on each product page under “Grandeurs/Size Chart”.  If the size you are looking for is not displayed, unfortunately, that means we sold out.


You have the option of paying via Paypal or with Visa and MasterCard.

Return & exchange

We hope you love each item you receive; if not, we're here to help. Whether you need a different size, colour, or item, we will gladly help you with an exchange or refund.

To qualify for a return or exchange, you must communicate with our offices within 10 days of delivery, and notify us with the name/product number of the item to replace or refund. Then, we will provide you with a return number. Returns must be received unworn, unwashed, and with the original tags attached (we reserve the right to refuse a return if the product does not fit that description). All shipping costs are the client’s responsibility and will not be reimbursed.

Returns are processed within 10 business days of receiving your return. We'll send you an email confirmation when your refund has been issued or when your exchange has been shipped.

We recommend shipping with insurance and keeping your shipping receipts until your return is processed. Melissanepton.com is not responsible for missing and damaged packages, or packages lost in transit.

Privacy and security

Your personal information is collected and used with the sole purpose to process your transaction and ensure an excellent experience on our web site.   The information you provide will not be communicated to any third party without your consent.   At Melissa Nepton we have done our best to ensure the privacy and security of your transactions. Your credit card number and other personal data will be treated with the highest standards of security and confidentiality.


Deliveries are carried by Canada Post, and the shipping charges are 10$ per order anywhere in Canada, 25$ for the United States. The shipping charges are paid by the customer

Deliveries normally take up to 7 business days within Canada, 10 business days for the United States. In the case of unforeseen circumstances and delays, you will be notified. If additional costs for shipping occur due to misinformation of address, the customer will be billed.
